Summer, 1084 C.E. The specter of war looms heavily over the lands of Calradia. An ancient and glorious empire teeters on the brink of collapse as self-serving nobles and high Lords sense a great conflict on the horizon and hatch grand plans for world domination. The power hungry have always understood that with any conflict comes great opportunity. As old powers fade, new powers rise from the ashes. New fortunes are made, some are lost forever. Old names fade in to history, while new names are forged in the heat of glorious battle.
