Supreme Court To Dispose Over 3000 Pending Cases By Mid December

CJI DY Chandrachud on Friday said that all 13 benches of the Supreme court will be taking up 10 transfer petitions and 10 bail matters every day for speedy disposal of such cases. Justice Chandrachud has said that these cases are being given priority as they pertain to family disputes and personal liberty. Additionally, streamlining of the listing system for fresh cases is also being looked into.
