Mr. Gautier started his career as a consultant with Cap Gemini in Paris. When Cap Gemini bought Ernst & Young consulting in 1999, he transferred to the United States as one of the partners-in-charge of the post-merger integration project.

Following his experience in Big Four international consulting, Gautier worked for small to mid-tier companies for several years to help them to grow revenues and global capabilities, as a business development executive and practice leader.

Gautier is the Founder and CEO of Alliances Progress, a boutique consulting firm providing services to clients and partner firms worldwide. Over the past thirty years, he has designed and implemented strategic alliances, commercial partnerships, global ecosystems and many forms of joint ventures across multiple industries.

In addition to his work as a business consultant, he serves on several technology advisory boards and is the Chairman of TAG’s International Business Society in Atlanta. He is a well-known conference speaker, has published articles on the New Ways of Working, and enjoys leading executive strategy workshops.
