Here is the peaceful and soothing sound of scuba diving underwater non-stop for 30 minutes.
There is no music or talking.
These are the real sounds of the location shown on the video, swimming underwater on scuba gear for a fun little touring dive.

This dive site is called Blue Heron Bridge (also known as Phil Foster Park). Considered one of the most popular shore dives in the USA.
This video was made so anyone can listen to a half hour of the sound of breathing underwater, and even watch the corresponding video in the background if they wish.

You'll hear the sounds of other divers, bubbles, water, and even the marine life.
I have removed most of the accidental sounds, jarring sounds, and equipment fidgeting in between. These videos were not initially intended for this, and were just for fun. However, realizing I have hundreds (maybe thousands) of hours of underwater footage, I wanted to repurpose them to offer something unique. To my knowledge, this hasn't been done before. It is only the sound of breathing on scuba gear, captured on a GoPro that is not in a housing. I will continue to try and offer new methods and dive sites as this progresses.

FUN FACT:
The crackling sound heard underwater is actually the sound of a healthy and vibrant coral reef.
The main source of the crackle (like tiny popcorn) you can hear is the sound of "snapping shrimp". But everything from parrot fish to the coral themselves contribute to the overall sound.
