Fix Your Broken Tactic

I have had a fun time playing Football Manager 2023 -- but my goodness I have shifted through tactics left and right to try to counter what the AI is always adapting to. The 5-at-the-back systems that the AI seems to love on this FM were running riot, and the attacking ability of the 4-4-2 was very difficult to contain.

This video is the result of A LOT of tinkering to be able to counter the threats these tactics pose. We found ways to handle all of them in an effective way, for any tactic, and it should do enough to help you build your own Football Manager tactics to handle the new AI this year no matter how good those alleged wonderkids you signed actually are.
