The UIAA will host its third Mountain Network Series event of 2021.

The topic will be ‘Mountain Women’ and the webinar is built around content from Herstory, a series of short films about the lives of different female climbers.

The panel discussions covering the following topics:

The making of Herstory - inspiration behind the films, choosing the profiled climbers, breaking stereotypes
Women Mountain Guides – Focus on women climbing, mountaineering training, and becoming mountain guides
Women’s Health in the Mountains - what needs to be considered? what does research say? Details on upcoming UIAA Medical Commission releases
Global Sports Mentoring program – what is it? how can one find more info?
