St. Gregory the Great, you said, “have confidence in the compassion of our Creator.” It is with this confidence that we now ask you to bring our intentions before the throne of our Lord.
(State Your Intention)

Servant of the Servants of God, St. Gregory, you had such compassion for the poor. May the Lord grant me to see the impoverished through your eyes with the dignity given to them by their Creator. Amen.

St Gregory, you are called the Great because of your faithfulness to Christ and His Church and love of the sacred liturgy.
You helped those in need and sought the conversion of England for Christ.

Through your intercession, please obtain for us the graces we need to be stalwart in faith the way you were.
We especially ask for your prayers for our parish, our priests, and the Pope.

Help me to live a holy life, die a happy death, so that I might enjoy eternal happiness in Heaven. Amen.

Servant of the Servants of God, St. Gregory, you had a great gift for administration, which God used to benefit the Church. May the Lord grant me your malleable heart, that my gifts may be used to carry out His will. Amen.

Servant of the Servants of God, St. Gregory, you used the Church’s farmland to effectively feed others in a time of famine. May the Lord grant me your generous heart, that I may prudently share what God has placed in my care with those in need. Amen.
