In this youtube video i have shown how to make Masala Pasta Recipe or Indian Style Pasta. In this video i have shared all the important points How To Make Indian Pasta Recipes. This pasta recipe is bit spicy and tangy as we used lots of tomatoes. This Indian pasta recipe is super simple and quick recipe. This is desi style of pasta recipe. For this recipe i have used rotini pasta. You can use and type.
Ingredients Used in this recipe
2 Cups Rotini Pasta
2 Big Pyaz/onion chopped
1 Hari shimla mirch/green capsicum
3-4 Tamatar/tomatoes ( finely chopped or pureed)
1 Gajar/carrot diced
1 Tbsp chopped Adrak/Ginger
1.5 Tbsp lehsun/Garlic chopped
3-4 green chillies
1 Tbsp Oregano
1 Tbsp Mixed herbs
1/4 Tsp Kali mirch/Black pepper powder
Handful of Fresh Dhaniya/coriander leaves and Hari pyaz/onion greens for garnish
Salt as per taste
1 Small pc Maggi noodle masala
3-4 glass water
3 Tbsp cooking oil
1/4 Tbsp Haldi/Turmeric
1/4 Tbsp Kashmiri mirch (optional)
1/4 Tbsp Dhaniya/Coriander Powder
1/4 Tbsp Red Chilli flakes (Optional)
4 Tbsp Tomato ketchup
