Ingredients

1/3rd cup of desiccated coconut
3 dry red chillies
3/4th tsp of cumin seeds
3 sticks of curry leaves
3/4th tsp of mustard seeds
1 tsp of urad dal
5 chopped garlic cloves
1 medium sized onion
300 grams of chopped Mangalore cucumber
½ tsp of turmeric powder
Salt as per taste
1 tbsp of oil
Take a grinder jar and add 1/3rd cup of desiccated coconut, 3 dry red chillies and 3/4th tsp of cumin seeds. Grind these ingredients. Then take a pan and add 1 tbsp of oil. To that add 3 sticks of curry leaves, 3/4th tsp of mustard seeds and 1 tsp of urad dal. Fry it for a minute. Then add 5 chopped garlic cloves and 1 medium sized onion. Fry it for another 3 minutes. Then add 300 grams of chopped Mangalore cucumber and fry it for another 2 minutes and then add the ground mixture along with ½ tsp of turmeric powder and the salt as per taste. Mix this well and let it cook for another 2 minutes and then dish is ready to be served.
