Bloodhound Knight Darriwil boss is found in Forlorn Hound Evergaol in Limgrave which is closest to Agheel Lake South site of grace. There is a State of Marika statue near the Evergaol location where you can respawn in an event of your death in the boss fight. You don't need to kill any enemy on the way to the boss fight.
