How I Make Great Fitting Trousers

In this video, I demonstrate my process of fitting pants using the Jenny Overalls pattern by Closet Core Patterns. Skip ahead to see a particular step:

1:19 taking my measurements for waist and hip
2:22 checking these against the finished garment measurements for the front rise, to pick my size
4:24 making a "foil crotch sausage" to determine the shape of my crotch curve
5:46 adjusting the pattern pieces based on my measurements
12:52 checking the fit of my muslin
15:22 altering the pattern for any additional changes
