PROFESSIONAL TRASH TRUCK DRIVER !!!

Imagine THAT !
A vehicle is parked on each side of the road, directly OPPOSITE of each other, and this trained and licensed PROFESSIONAL Truck Driver, PROMPTLY drove right between the vehicles to get down to our section of the road!
His coworker then proceeded to load the bulk trash items into the truck.
To "Put A Bow" on the whole event, after the bulk was loaded, the driver reversed the truck to the required position, where he then selected a forward gear and departed from the area, easily and UNHESITANTLY driving AGAIN, RIGHT BETWEEN the two vehicles that are parked opposite of each other!
I've heard people who have been, at one time or another, on our board, state at the monthly meeting, how it's NOT possible to drive the trucks down our roads when vehicles are parked as seen in this video.
I've argued at a monthly HOA meeting about this issue, well over a year ago, during the period when the prior collection company had our contract.
I cited measurements of the street, and measurements of the trucks.
One of the board members was going back and forth with me, he taking the side of the "prima donna" truck drivers who said they COULD NOT drive through a pair of vehicles so positioned, and taking the side of the collection company for "standing with" any such driver.
I pointed out, that a board member's position on the board, obligated him/her to FIGHT FOR THE RESIDENTS,
NOT AGAINST THEM, ESPECIALLY WHEN REALITY IS ON THE SIDE OF THE RESIDENTS !!!
He asked what the board should do, to address the drivers who chose not to drive down the roads, they claimed, couldn't be driven.
I said, DON'T PAY THE BILL FOR SERVICE THAT WAS NOT DONE - BUT COULD HAVE BEEN !!!
The board member said that wasn't an option.
That was the last HOA meeting I attended, as I'd lost all interest in trying to "fix" anything, with a board member, (maybe several) who thought along the line that this fellow thought.
