🍴 Ingredients
For the meatballs:
• 500 g ground turkey
• 1 onion
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp sweet paprika
• Fresh parsley
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Plain flour (for coating)
• Olive oil (for frying)
For the mushroom sauce:
• 250 g mushrooms
• 1 tsp curry powder
• 300 ml double cream
• Salt & pepper to taste

👩‍🍳 Preparation
1. Chop the onion finely and sauté in olive oil. Add minced garlic, season with salt and pepper, and cook until soft.
2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, paprika, parsley, salt, pepper, and the sautéed onion mixture. Mix well.
3. Form small meatballs, roll them lightly in flour, and fry in olive oil, turning often until golden.
4. For the sauce: slice mushrooms and sauté in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, then add curry powder and cream. Simmer until thick and creamy.
5. Serve the meatballs with the mushroom curry sauce poured generously on top.
