Unlocking Diversity for Success in Social Care

Описание к видео Unlocking Diversity for Success in Social Care

How can hyper-diversity be a competitive business advantage for Social Care?
Diversity is the making of successful business.

• It drives fresh thinking.
• It's the way we break old habits.
• It’s the way to find new and more effective ways to achieve our goals.

And it starts with diversity in our people.

For Adult Social Care it is a hidden sector strength that can be turned into a business asset. Equity within a business is a source of competitive advantage, workforce satisfaction and it's key to addressing health inequalities.
We’re joined by experts Amarjit Basi, educator and co-founder of the Black Leadership Group and David Kester, former CEO of the UK Design Council and co-founder of DK&A.

They’ll discuss:

• Their principles of equity-centred design
• Their approach and methodology
• Their recent impact with individual HRDs and D&I leaders

Turning hyper-diversity into an asset for social and economic good is at the heart of the work of London Equity & Design (LEAD) a partnership between anti-racism not-for-profit organisation, the Black Leadership Group (BLG), and design and innovation agency, DK&A.
