📝Ingredients:
2-3 • Potatoes
1 tbsp • Garlic powder
1 tbsp • Onion powder
1 tsp • Turmeric powder
1-2 tbsp • Cornstarch
Salt to taste

Steps~
Peel, chop the potatoes and boil the potatoes till fork tender in salt water.
In a mixing bowl, transfer the boiled potatoes and add ingredients mentioned above. Mix & mash until lump free.
Place the potato mixture onto a butter paper & spread it out evenly.
Using a heart shaped cutter, create potato hearts.
Heat some oil in a pan and deep fry these little potato hearts until golden and crispy 🫶

Sprinkle some dry parsley for the aesthetics😆& serve with any dip of your choice. Enjoy!!
