As per the divorce agreement, their 6-year-old daughter was to stay with the mother, and the mother agreed to bear her lifetime expenses. The daughter, suffering from asthma, was also to spend half of her holidays with her father.

However, the mother is now violating the terms — not allowing the daughter to meet her father and demanding extra expenses.
