Prelude In D in the meadow

I had an idea of recording this piece somewhere in the mountains, but ended up recording it at Campbell Valley Park in Langley. I just wanted a pastoral scene. Getting the guitar up into higher elevations will take work. I've never recorded this way before and it was quite a fun adventure. The legs of my chair sank in the ground and rocked back and forth, making the guitar unstable. I therefore changed the way I plucked the strings on the later passages as they require a very steady instrument. I only used my phone for the audio recording. My friend Ingrid was a good sport to video me and Linnea was a well behaved audience. And there were no bugs!
