Enjoy this yummy recipe of veg Dum Biryani with dahi ki chutney/raita🥰

Ingredients list :
Gravy part:
Aloo/potato 1 big size
Carrot 1 medium
Green beans 10 to 12
Peas/matar 1/2cup
Ginger garlic
Paste. 1tbsp
Green chilli 3 or 4 piece (grounded)
Curd/dahi 150gms
Garam masala
Powder. 1tsp ful
Salt to taste /salt. 1.5tbsp
Red chilli powder 1tsp
Shahzeera 1/2tsp
Cloves 3 piece
Cardamom 3 piece
Cinnamon sticks. 3 piece
Fried onion 2 hand full
Oil for vegetables
Frying and cooking 100ml
Coriander leaves
And mint 1 handful roughly chop
Lemon juice of half lemon.

Rice cooking :
Rice soaked 3 cups
Shahzeera 1tsp
Cloves. 3 piece
Cardamom 3 piece
Cinnamon sticks 2 big pieces
Salt to taste/salt 1tbsp
Mint leaves few

Garnishing :
Milk with few saffron or orange colour
Mint coriander leaves chop
Fried onion 2 tbsp
Ghee 2 tbsp
Oil 2tbsp

Tips
After frying onion and vegetables.. Take out the oil keeping on 3 tbsp in pan/kadhai/cooking pod for gravy making.

Rice should be 90% cooked
Give dum for 10 minutes (2 minutes medium flame and then 8 minutes low flame).
