Optional: Mist your skin with distilled water for extra hydration and glide
2. This is where you start facial rolling - Roll downward from your neck to chest. Roll towards the outer face for your jawline, lips, cheeks, eyes (be gentle here), forehead
3. Clean your tool with warm water & soap for your next Facial Roller Massage!
TIP: Store your facial roller in the freezer to reduce puffiness even more ❄✌🏻❄
