Well this came as a nice surprise. I honestly didn't think that I'd beat the previous WR at Park Town which was set roughly 4 years ago xD. The reason why I'm stating it as "unofficial" is because I have a hunch that ever since the old WR was set, that the same people have beaten those times by now (they've just not gotten round to posting them on the speedrun.com website)

This was done on the NTSC-J version of the game running on PCSX2 Nightly
The car used is the Toreador with the Oval engine
