Judge Dredd first appeared in the sci-fi comic magazine, 2000 AD. It illustrated a barren, dystopian wasteland that had been ruined by nuclear warfare and greed. Back in the ’90s the craze of Judge Dredd spiked to new heights, and over the years, there have been two live-action renditions of the comic on the big screen. One in 1995 where Sylvester Stallone played the role of Dredd, and in 2012 titled Dredd where Karl Urban plays Judge Dredd’s role. The 2012 movie version is probably one of the best comic book movie ever made!
