Making an Epoxy-River River Paddle for Paddling on Rivers

I know I know, I'm SO punny. River paddles are shorter and wider to allow for more blade area contact with the water before hitting the bottom of the river bed. Epoxy-River paddles have an epoxy river in them and therefore become rather useless for paddling.
