London Young Soloists is a group of young talented players, winners of UK and international competitions. They are students of the Junior Departments of the Royal College of Music, Royal Academy of Music, Guildhall School of Music and Drama, Menuhin School, Eton College and members of the National Children and National Youth Orchestras.
They plan to explore the cultural heritage of different countries and support charities providing musical education for underprivileged children. Their tutors include international performing stars and professors of the leading UK musical institutions.
London Young Soloists will be providing its members with solo opportunities and planning to make recordings and appearances at various music festivals in the future.
The LYS enjoys the patronage of a board of well-established personalities in the musical industry.
