For the family of a deceased person Rs 1 million, for permanent disability Rs 500,000, and for partial disability Rs 300,000.

For a fully collapsed concrete house Rs 1 million, for partially damaged Rs 300,000, for a fully collapsed mud house Rs 500,000, and for partially damaged Rs 150,000.

For large livestock up to Rs 500,000, and for small animals Rs 50,000.

Decision in principle to give Rs 20,000 per acre for 25% crop loss during the flood.

Decision in principle to waive water tax and agriculture income tax in 2,855 villages of Punjab.

All flood victims will receive aid, no construction will be allowed in the river path, said the cabinet.

Despite being the biggest flood, it was appreciated that the death rate remained the lowest.
