Ever seen the movie "Moving' with Richard Prior? If not it is really a must see movie.

A recent horror story I heard about from a buyer immediately brought this movie to mind. All those who know this movie will relate when I tell the story.

A buyer bought and settled on a property, and after settlement, he discovered that all of the white goods were swapped and changed with inferior products.

Can this really happen?

Unfortunately, it can. What can you do?
