When transitioning existing .csv or excel data from other software to ESRI Survey123 or translating existing exported files from one language to another and re-importing, we need to go through a process that isn't really detailed well on ESRI or Survey123 help pages and documentation.

Here we aim to fill that gap with a brief tutorial on how to upload existing excel data as a Survey123 excel form so it can be added to and quickly analyzed in Survey123 online.

Requirements:
ESRI account with access to Arc Online and Survey123
