白俄罗斯总统卢卡申科于12月3日至4日对中国进行工作访问。12月4日，国家主席习近平在钓鱼台国宾馆会见白俄罗斯总统卢卡申科。习近平向白俄罗斯总统卢卡申科赠送了来自湖南省的中国苹果，习近平还向卢卡申科的小儿子尼古拉赠送了一套印有英文"China"字样的红色运动服。
习近平强调，十年前我提出共建“一带一路”倡议，现在已有150多个国家参与合作。不久前，我提出中国支持高质量共建“一带一路”的八项行动，欢迎白方继续积极参与，从中获得更多实实在在的发展机遇。双方要实施好中白工业园等项目，推动中白工业合作取得更多成果。双方要提高跨境运输便利化水平，促进经贸和人员往来。定期互办文化日活动，扩大教育、卫生、体育、旅游合作，支持两国青年开展交流合作，增进两国人民相互了解和友谊。中白双方是参与全球治理体系改革和建设的重要力量。中方愿同白方加强在联合国、上海合作组织等多边机制内协调和配合，推动落实全球发展倡议、全球安全倡议、全球文明倡议，推动构建人类命运共同体。
卢卡申科表示，在习近平主席领导下，中国发展取得巨大成就，14亿多中国人民幸福生活，为世界作出重要贡献。习近平主席的治国理政成功经验令各方受益，值得学习借鉴。白俄罗斯衷心希望中国继续发展强大，这有利于全世界的和平进步事业。白俄罗斯坚定不移发展同中国的友好关系，愿同中方密切高层交往，坚定相互支持，深化互利合作，加强国际和多边战略协作，推动白中全天候全面战略伙伴关系取得更大发展。白方坚信，习近平主席提出的共建“一带一路”等全球倡议是真正凝聚国际社会共识与合作的伟大事业，将继续积极参与。

Xi Jinping also presented Lukashenko's youngest son Nikolay with a red sportswear with the word "China" printed in English.
Xi Jinping emphasized that ten years ago I proposed the joint construction of the "Belt and Road" initiative, and now more than 150 countries have participated in cooperation. Not long ago, I proposed eight actions for China to support high-quality joint construction of the "Belt and Road" and welcome Belarus to continue to actively participate in it and obtain more tangible development opportunities. Both sides should implement projects such as the China-Belarus Industrial Park and promote China-Belarus industrial cooperation to achieve more results. Both sides should improve cross-border transportation facilitation and promote economic, trade and personnel exchanges. Regularly hold cultural day activities in each other's country, expand cooperation in education, health, sports and tourism, support the youth of the two countries in exchanges and cooperation, and enhance mutual understanding and friendship between the two peoples. China and Belarus are important forces participating in the reform and construction of the global governance system. China is willing to work with Belarus to strengthen coordination and cooperation within multilateral mechanisms such as the United Nations and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, promote the implementation of global development initiatives, global security initiatives, and global civilization initiatives, and promote the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.
Lukashenko said that under the leadership of President Xi Jinping, China has made great achievements in development, and more than 1.4 billion Chinese people live a happy life and have made important contributions to the world. President Xi Jinping’s successful experience in governing the country has benefited all parties and is worth learning from. Belarus sincerely hopes that China will continue to develop and become stronger, which will be conducive to the cause of peace and progress around the world. Belarus will unswervingly develop friendly relations with China and is willing to intensify high-level exchanges with China, firmly support each other, deepen mutually beneficial cooperation, strengthen international and multilateral strategic coordination, and promote greater development of the Belarus-China all-weather comprehensive strategic partnership. Belarus firmly believes that the joint construction of the "Belt and Road" and other global initiatives proposed by President Xi Jinping are great undertakings that truly build consensus and cooperation in the international community, and will continue to actively participate in them.
