I'm Tara Adams. I'm the communications coordinator for Lakeside School District. I found Andrea through a podcast and over COVID started listening to her podcast in 2020. Did one of her bootcamps and her Fire Up Your Facebook challenge, and I was like, "I need more of this" and so I joined the membership group in 2021.

One of my favorite things about it, I'm always learning something new and, I mean, social media is this massive beast that's constantly changing. So, it's been so great to have people on the front lines that are like, "Hey, this is coming out and we're gonna check it out for you, and then we can help you along the way too." We have made a difference, that we've grown our Facebook community, that we've grown our reach within our Facebook statistics and even our Instagram has grown too.

It's great to talk to people that understand what you're doing every day and then just to see that growth and that, people are getting our story. We are getting to tell Lakeside's story. We're not letting somebody else tell the story. You shouldn't hesitate. If you're on the fence, just give it a shot. Just get, I mean, you're gonna see within the first, I mean, two weeks or even week that you're a part of the group, how welcoming, but then also just how much you can grow.
