Sev usal masala :    • હોમમેડ સેવઉસળ મસાલો | How to Make Sev Usal...  

Ingredients :
3 tbsp Oil
2 Green chilli
2 Tomato
1/2 tsp Turmeric pwd
2 tsp Red chili pwd
1 tsp Dhaniya jeera pwd
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Sev Usal masala
Coriander leaves
250g boiled dry peas
Water (Around 1 L)

For Chutney:
1/2 tsp Jeera
2 Chilli
2 tbsp Peanut
2 tbsp Roasted chana dal
Salt to taste
Black Salt
Pinch of chat masala
1/4 tsp Garam masala
50g Coriander leaves
15-20 Mint leaves
Lemon juice
Water as needed

For Tari :
2 tbsp oil
2 tsp Red chili pwd
1 tsp Dhaniya pwd
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1/4 tsp Turmeric pwd
1 tsp Sev Usal masala
Pinch of salt
4 - 5 tbsp Water

For Serving :
Usal
Gathiya
Green chutney
Tari
Lemon juice
Coriander leaves
