Another one of my favs!! Here is a fast way to make a very effective toxin-free respiratory chest rub using Young Living Essential Oils. Use this in combination with the other upper respiratory recipes I have on my channel (see links below).

Young Living Essential Oils Used in chest rub:
RC ~ Oil blend of 10 powerful respiratory support oils. Eucalyptus Globulus, Eucalyptus Radiata, Eucalyptus Citrodora, Myrtle, Pine, Marjoram, Lavender, Cypress, Black Spruce, and Peppermint.

Peppermint ~ supports digestive, nervous and respiratory systems, muscles and bones, skin

Lemon ~ supports digestive, immune and respiratory systems.

Use this chest rub in combination with these recipes:
