Sitka (who was in this video with us last year    • Footwork Episode 1: deep Achilles rel...  ) has chronic issues with her left upper cervical, which gives her massive headaches. She has been headache-free for some time so our approach today was gentle and conservative but direct and effective.

Gentle, low-force adjustments to the occiput (C0), sphenoid, frontal, parietal, and jaw.
