Welcome to the Warrior Strong!
This is a 9-Week workout program that will give you the opportunity to work hard, build muscle, grow mentally, burn calories, shred fat, and feel the best you’ve ever felt.
Make no mistake, it’s time to show up for yourself. It’s time for you to stand in the mirror and say, “I built that!” You are going to build a foundation that is going to allow you to feel mentally and physically strong from the inside out.
A Lady Warrior exudes strength mentally and physically, stays committed, shows up even on days she’d rather not, DOES NOT look for the easy way out, and will turn excuses into fuel to rise above.
Are those big shoes to fill? 100%. Can you fill them? 110%.
These 9-weeks are going to train you to push past mental barriers, find strength you didn’t know you had, and feel accomplished every single day.
Equipment necessary:
Dumbbells
Progress Tracker (super important to write down your weights used, and reps accomplished for each workout. Every little bit is progress!) You can find the download HERE!
I’m super excited for this program. If you have done one of my other Warrior Programs, then you will love the Warrior Strong. If you haven’t done a Warrior program, then welcome! Let us know in the comments if you’re new here so we can send out some high fives and support.

Don’t be afraid to ask questions, drop a comment on how the workout went for you, if it was a struggle, if you hit a PR, or if you were just proud of yourself for showing up. This is a place to build each other up and celebrate the wins, no matter how big or small.
I encourage you to take measurements before you start and each week thereafter. I included a measurement chart along with the progress tracker. This will give you an indication if you are getting results, but please be realistic. This isn’t 9 weeks to beach body buffness. This is 9 weeks to start the rest of your life in the trajectory of who you want to become mentally, physically, and emotionally and look amazing in the process.
