Does lower surgery cure gender dysphoria? Was going through phalloplasty worth it? Now at 6 years after having the first stage of my phalloplasty, I reflect on how I feel about my genitals and my body, discussing how my gender dysphoria using the toilet has changed, the difference it has made to my sexuality and intimacy, and how much phalloplasty has overall improved my sense of self as a man as I come to the end of my gender transition journey.
