Why is it so hard to find that life of meaning, and connection, and happiness we long for? Why can't we just live in our "happy place" all the time? The brain is not always on your side when it comes to well-being. Survival, absolutely. The rest, not so much. But there is hope to overcome anxiety and panic attacks with this simple lesson that can be done almost anywhere at anytime with nothing but an Ice Cube! This is a must read for parents to help understand the benefits of the ice cube technique to better help your Childs anxiety and panic attacks!
I really want you to feel like you can help yourself through the difficult times and to overcome your panic attacks and anxiety with this simple lesson. Through the understanding, it can be a powerful way for you to conquer your anxiety and depression!
I wanted this video to be used to highlight things to do when your maybe struggling or not feeling it. Also, a little reminder to anyone who might be struggling to reach out. We are always here with a door open for a friendly chat.
