This was my 1st,in-the-field, solo project. This metalfest took place on April16,2011 @ a Houston venue called Walter's on Washington Ave. There were 5 local bands and 1 from Austin,TX. I, myself, have been a musician more than half my life so this was a great assignment. Houston has always had a strong underground scene but has been tremendously growing in the last few years. I was purposely bias on this project because I am very passionate about metal music so I had to take this opportunity to speak up about it,although, still being limited by the media laws.
