INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO. 1 (Crispy Fried Chicken Drumsticks)
6 large chicken drumsticks
3 tbsp red chili sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp calamansi extract or lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp chicken powder or magic sarap (optional)
1 small egg
1 & 1/4 cups flour + 3/4 cup potato starch or cornstarch + 1/2 tbsp salt + 1 tsp garlic + 1 tsp black pepper + 1 tsp paprika + 1 tsp onion powder

INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO. 2 (Pork ribs with pineapple juice)
1 1/2 kg pork ribs
Salt and pepper
5 cloves garlic, chopped
6 tbsp of soy sauce
2 tbsp of oyster sauce
2 tsp of annatto powder diluted with 1 tbsp of water
1 cup of pineapple juice
2 cups of water (add more if needed)
Half of pork cube seasoning
1 tbsp brown sugar
Thai chili pepper (adjust to taste)
