This is a must do off-road trail when in Southern California. Often used as the proving grounds prior to a trip to the Rubicon, while attempting to conquer this extreme 4x4 trail, you can expect large boulders over 36 inches big, loose rocks that love to do body damage, and big trees that seem to jump out of nowhere and kiss your vehicle. Be warned though, this trail will put man and machine to the test. So if you are in Southern California and looking for an amazing yet challenging trail, look no further then 3N10 - John Bull Trail in Big Bear's Holcomb Valley settling in San Bernardino's National Forest.

John Bull has two gatekeepers (Gatekeepers) and several other rock gardens plus the overlook. This is a popular place to take in the scenic beauty and watch the destruction of people trying the east gatekeeper while enjoying a nice lunch.

The area is Dog-Friendly.

While on the trail expect lots of body damage, breaking, and fun. This is a great trail from the moderate drives to the advanced. But don't worry, the trail is for everyone from Jeep to Toyota to Isuzu. John Bull knows no wrong.

So head east out of Los Angeles or go northeast out of Orange County and find your self in Big Bears Holcomb Valley for this epic adventure.
