Instructions:
Clean and Soak the rice in water for 30 minutes.
Boil Eggs.
Put instant pot in saute mode
Add oil and ghee.
Add Whole biryani spices
Add onion and green chili and cook for 2 mins
Add salt and turmeric and cook for 1 min
Add ginger garlic and saute for 2 mins
Add Carrots, potatoes and tomatoes and saute for 2 mins
Add peas, curd and cook for 2 mins
Add red chili powder and garam masala
Add curry leaves, some mint and some cilantro
Add boiled eggs
Add water (1 and half cup of water for 1 cup of rice) and cashew nuts
Add remaining cilantro and mint
Add soaked rice
Adjust salt to Your taste
Put instant pot to pressure cook and cook for 5 mins
Serve hot.
