Super Soft Garlic Knots | Superbowl Food

Garlic Knots made with commercial yeast. Super easy and these are great on their own or with marinara sauce. These make an amazing snack or appetizer or as a side to a dish!


Ingredients for Knots:
300g Water (95-100 degrees)
15g Active Dry Yeast
525g All Purpose Flour
45g Sugar
12g Salt
1 Egg Yolk
35g Soft Unsalted Butter

Butter Mix:
120-130g Melted Butter
5-6 Cloves of Garlic (3 tsp minced)

Toppings:
Coarse or Flaky Salt
Grated Parmesan
Parsley
