Hawaiian Iced Tea | Booze On The Rocks

Today on Booze On The Rocks, we made the Hawaiian Iced Tea cocktail. This layered cocktail combines the Long Island Iced Tea and a Long Island Sunrise. It is almost equal parts citrus juice and alcohol, giving it a slightly citrus flavour, with highlights of coconuts and nuts. Try it out, and let me know what you think.

HAWAIIAN ICED TEA - https://boozeontherocks.com/hawaiian-...

.75 oz/22.5 ml Vodka
.75 oz/22.5 ml Spiced Rum
.75 oz/22.5 ml Coconut Rum
.75 oz/22.5 ml Amaretto
2 oz/60 ml Pineapple Juice
2 oz/60 ml Orange Juice
.5 oz/15 ml Grenadine

Method

1. Add all of the ingredients to a shaking Glass except the grenadine.
2. Shake with crushed ice fir 5 seconds.
3. Strain into a hurricane glass over fresh ice.
4. pour the grenadine slowly around the top of the drink.
5. Garnish with some citrus fruit.
