The season came all at once, and now the true believers are reaping the rewards of the late season powder offerings from the snow gods.

Welcome to the realm of pure ecstasy – where the heavens bless us with snow as fine as angel feathers, and the mountains become our sacred playground. February 29th marked an extraordinary convergence of elements, a day when the snow gods bestowed upon us their most precious gift: a powder paradise.

For the devout disciples of snow, this was our pilgrimage, our journey into the heart of winter's embrace. With every turn, we carved our destinies through the pristine slopes of Whistler, chasing the fleeting moments of euphoria and transcendence.

As dawn broke, I embarked on a ritual known to the initiated – "First Tracks" on Whistler Mountain. With each descent, I communed with the pure essence of the powder, surrendering to its rhythm and flow.

But as the masses descended, I sought refuge in the sanctuary of 7th Heaven. Here, amidst the virgin snow, I found solace and sanctuary, carving lines of unrivaled purity on my revered Gentemstick Super Fish. Crafted in the snow-laden lands of Japan, this legendary board became my vessel, gliding effortlessly through the white abyss.

Joined by my lifelong comrade, Mike, we delved deeper into the wilderness, navigating through the labyrinth of trees with finesse and camaraderie. Through laughter and shared triumphs, we epitomized the spirit of adventure that defines our bond.
