PA 2x Pro Problem

In this video, I show you how the factory reset made a damage to my keyboard and I appreciate it if you share your opinions about it.
Solution to the sound problem:
Like you see in the Video, the balance Slider is the way to the top. I noticed that the factory reset makes this parameter to "Acc/Sng - RT/Kbd Balance". This means the audio problems that I described in the video, have nothing to do with the broken LEDs. I could not hear the accompaniment tracks because after the factory reset and based on the position of the Balance Slider, I had set the volume of the real-time track to maximum and "ACC/Sng" to zero.
I just used the Global --/ General Controls --/ Interface and there I changed the settings for Balance Slider to "ACC/Sng Volume".
I am happy that I could eventually understand the reason for the audio problems which had nothing to do with the broken LEDs. Moreover, I received the blue LEDs and replaced them and now my device works as it is supposed to.
