This is a great video about hiking the Foothills trail that starts at Oconee State park in SC and goes to Table Rock State park for a length of 70+ miles. The group was comprised of past thru hikers, upcoming thru hikers, section hikers from the Appalachian Trail, Fresh Ground the Trail Angel, a few dogs, and me. We had a blast and it was great spending a few days with fellow hikers and the hiking community. This may become a annual event so stand by.
