DIY Washi Tape Using Surgical Tape for Mixed Media Art Projects

In today's video I show you how to make DIY washi tape using surgical (micro-pore) tape. It is non-glossy and has a paper-like feel to it, just like washi tape itself. I show two methods and a bonus technique in the middle.
