月餅皮
低筋麵粉110克，雞蛋半個，約25克，糖粉33克，油44克，糖漿5克，水10克，泡打粉1克，鹼水1克
月餅餡料
花生100克，芝麻40克，核桃仁30克，蔓越莓乾30克，糖粉30克，麵粉120克，黃油或植物油40克，水40-50毫升，花生醬2大匙，花椒粉和鹽 各2克

Moon cake skin
Cake flour 110g, 1/2 egg, icing sugar 33 g, oil 44g, corn syrup 5 g, liquid soda 1g, baking powder 1 g, water 10 ml

For filling , all nuts need to be roasted ahead
Peanut 100 g, sesame 40g, walnut 30 g, dried cranberry 30g, icing sugar 30 g, AP flour 120 g, oil 40 g, water 40-50ml, peanut butter 2 tbsp (optional)
sichuan pepper corn, salt 2g each
