This news could have caused the CHZ token to have a spike in the last day

CHZ currently sits at around 23 cents, and volume is up 114%, right around 660 Million

Lets dive into the chart and breakdown the analysis

CHZ is trading inside descending parallel channel that can act as flag in monthly time frame, and send price to $0.7 and $0.85 in long term

Price seemed to hold the support of $0.19, it will head up to break out resistance zone around $0.25 and middle line of channel to reach upper line.

Now when CHZ gets to $0.25 which is seems on its way, it will need to turn that resistance into support to get back to the $0.38 range

From the charts alone and predicting that bitcoin will keep making its way up, I would not be surprised to see CHZ at least $0 .70 in the next 2-3 months

If you're in for the short term I think that a $0.22 entry would be good to try to ride up to $0.30, netting a solid 36% gain

But if you are more patient, this coin has plenty of potential for a 3-4x gain based on the way the charts look

Ultimately, this coin is still undervalued compared to where it has been in the last year
