This is my go-to date night recipe and a perfect Thanksgiving side dish or vegetarian main. It's one of my top 5 favorite recipes of all time. I really hope you make it. The original recipe is from the cookbook Jerusalem by Yotam Ottolenghi and Sami Tamimi, but this is a modified version I've been making over the years.
