240sx Drift Prep Part 2

I get the 240sx ready for the second test and tune. I replace my brake booster and master aswell as the socks that go on the resivoirs. Then bled the brakes with the homie Eric.

I then swap from my 3 inch ebay exhaust with a turbo muffler to the isr full exhaust with blast pipes. I show clips of each exhaust sound.

Next I had to get some heat shields back on the car so it would blow my brake master from being too hot again. I made a heat shield for the brake master out of an aluminum sheet I got from a Roofing job. Thankfully I was also able to find my stock header heat shield and painted that nicely. I then realized why I took it off so long ago and that was because the bolts rusted around the shield causing it to have no material to grab on and also my headers had 2 snapped bolts. So what I went ahead and did is welded 2 studs off my headers so I can slip the shield on and bolt it down as normal with washers.

After getting some heat shields set up in there I moved my maf and air filter down right off the intercooler so it gets maximum cool air. That should alleviate some issues with running hot.

To wrap up the video I take my 240 to a mostly Schassis meet and deal with some other issues such as 2 switches popping from being over loaded with the fan capacity. I fixed that issue right away and we cruised to the final spot to end the night.
