In this demonstration we’ll walk through the tools used to separate a tray of chicken breasts into discrete items, acquire the area of each chicken breast, identify the fatty surface regions, and calculate the surface fat to protein ratio. After setting up these measurements in the Gocator, it will take about 40 milliseconds to measure each cut of meat.
