I have quite a few videos of the The Beveridge Park on my channel but every time I go around the Park I find something different, so I keep on putting them online. In this video for example I went along a path that I hadn`t been before which is called The Auchtertool Walk according to a sign at the start of it.

I use my large class 3 mobility scooters (A Kymco Maxer) with my dog Olly to do the walk.
Around some of The Beveridge Park, Kirkcaldy with the trees mostly still bare of their leaves with the sun shining through. Though there was still a little of The Beveridge Park that I didn't cover in this walk. I did this walk on my mobility scooter with my dog Olly.
The Bowling club on the right I used to go there with my Mum and Dad when I was a lot.... younger
There used to be crazy golf and putting on the left the boating pond is also to the left

There is also a Miniature Railway track but I don`t think it has been used for the public in a while. Though I did see it in action resently but I don`t think it was for the public. For more information KMES for more information go to:   / beveridge-park-miniature-railway-kmes-1000...  
There is an enclosed garden with a working fountain in it
The main area that I like going around is the woodland area at the rear of the park. Which is called, Wizards Walk. The walk is made up of 3 main paths. One path, which is the path that I normally access first is the riverside path which I usually access from the right hand side of the woodland area (the burn is called Tiel Burn and has a part which is called Mill Dam). There are entrances into the 2 other path from this side as well but I like to access the riverside path first. When you get onto the riverside path it goes in 2 directions. To the left and to the right. The right hand path has been blocked for some time now. But if it was unblocked it would take you Boglily Rd, Raith Lake, Longbraes Plantation and more.
At the other end of burn there is a path to the right which until today I have never been along. There is a sign on the right says this track is called The Auchtertool Walk
Kirkcaldy Golf Course is a to the right just a little bit further on along the burn side path. This joins up with Balwearie Rd and into entrance back into the Beveridge Park which is just on the left.
To the left though will take you to Kirkcaldy Golf Club, Balwearie Rd and a gate back into The Beveridge Park. From this side you can access the 2 other paths, though I start with the left hand path. This path goes along the edge of the cliff which overlooks the riverside path (though I have never been able to look down on it due to the trees and shrubbery and not going close enough to the edge). This path comes out next to the entrances to the other 2 path. To access the 3rd path you just turn to the right at the end which goes onto the 3rd path. Along this path is a wooden statue of a Wizard. This path takes you out at the entrance you used to access the 2nd path.
There is a boating Lake which has a number of birds, Swans and Ducks plus lots and lots of Seagulls. The boating Lake used to have rowing boat and padding type boats but I haven`t seen any for some time. I`m maybe just not there at the time of year that they are out at. My wife and children and I used to use them when we were younger.
There is or was a putting green and crazy golf course next to the area that you got onto the boat. Again there is or was a small railway track where you could get a ride on one of the carriages. On one of my visits this year I saw some people doing I think work on one the miniature trains.
There is a couple of children’s play areas for different age groups plus a skate park.
There are toilet facilities in the children play area. It used to be were you could purchase tickets for the boats and for putting green and crazy golf plus equipment for them.
There is also an outdoor bowling green and tennis courts.
There are 2 gardens areas. One is next to the car/vehicle park, which I think used to be called the Rose garden. There is another further around the right hand side of the park, this had a water fountain in the middle of it plus a flower garden around it.
The left hand side of the park is used for football and rugby by the Kirkcaldy Rugby Football Club.
The Distance covered in this video 3.36 miles round trip this is according to www.osmaps.com. Though I am not sure that the map was correct.
